Pumice Powder

Pumice powder comes from pumice stone, a light porous volcanic rock, formed when lava with high gas content cools rapidly. The trapped gas bubbles create a rough, abrasive texture, making it perfect for exfoliation and polishing.

This is a fine grade cosmetic pumice powder ideal for use in exfoliating skin care products and dental polishing.

Suggested uses –

• You can add the powder to your own DIY cosmetics, soap and dental recipes.
• Dip your toothbrush with your usual toothpaste into some pumice powder and brush as usual. The powder will add extra polishing qualities to your dental regime.
• Add a 1/4 teaspoon of the powder to your usual face or hand wash for exfoliating outcomes.
• Dab some powder with a damp cloth and use to polish metal work.
• Use as a scourer by adding some water to the powder to make a paste and apply with a damp cloth to tough dirt and grime such as limescale around taps, mouldy grouting, or the baked on debris of ovens and cookers.
